Financial Aid Guidelines

Application & Documentation Deadline: To ensure timely processing of financial aid, students must complete their course registration and submit all required documents by the designated deadline. Late submissions may lead to processing delays.
Processing of Student Refunds: Eligible students will receive their refunds within 14 business days after the financial aid disbursement.

Enrollment & Course Access

Course Activation Timeline: Enrolled students will be granted access to their courses at least 48 hours before the official term commencement.

Assessment & Grade Submission

Faculty Grade Submission Deadline: Instructors must finalize and submit grades within one week of the term’s conclusion. Students can access their official grades through the student portal once they are processed.

Graduation & Degree Completion

Degree Awarding Process: Degrees are officially conferred within 30 days after the final grades are posted for a student’s last term. Graduation is confirmed in the term during which all program requirements are successfully completed unless an extension request is submitted.
Diploma Name Verification: Students must review and confirm the correct spelling of their diploma name in the student portal at least 30 days before their expected graduation date.

The university’s Administrative Office operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CEST. Students can contact support via email anytime, as email inquiries are available 24/7.

Important Academic & Financial Aid Information

The Academic Calendar may be updated as per the Board’s approval.
To ensure timely financial aid processing, students must complete registration and submit required documents before the priority deadline. Late submissions may lead to delays in aid distribution and refunds.
Student refunds are issued within 14 days after financial aid is disbursed to their accounts.

Academic Milestones & Graduation Process

Term Start: Registered students gain access to their courses at least 48 hours before the official term begins.
Grades: Faculty submit final grades approximately one week after the term ends, and they are reflected on transcripts once finalized.
Degree Conferral: Degrees are awarded within 30 days after final grades are posted for a student’s last term. Students will automatically graduate following the term in which they complete all degree requirements unless they request an extension through the Office of the Registrar. To avoid errors, students should verify their diploma name in the student portal at least 30 days before graduation, as the official name on record will be printed on the diploma.
