Academic Suspension & Dismissal
Students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic performance throughout their studies. If a student fails to meet the minimum academic requirement (e.g., a GPA of 4.0 or its equivalent), they may be placed on academic probation. A student placed on probation must demonstrate improvement within the following term.
If a student remains below the required academic standards after probation, they may be suspended from the program.
Students may apply for readmission once, subject to review. If granted, they will return under academic probation.
A student who fails to meet the required academic progress after readmission will be permanently dismissed and will not be eligible for further reinstatement.

Any appeal regarding dismissal due to unsatisfactory academic progress must be submitted in writing to the Office of Academic Affairs within 15 days of receiving the termination notice. A formal decision will be communicated to the student after review.
The maximum timeframe allowed for program completion is 1.5 times the standard program duration. Students who exceed this timeframe without completing their degree will be dismissed.
Appeals Process
Students who wish to appeal an academic decision (such as suspension or dismissal) must submit a written request to the Office of Academic Affairs. The appeal must include:
A formal letter explaining the reason for the appeal
Supporting documentation (if applicable)
A detailed plan for achieving academic success
The Office of Academic Affairs will review the appeal and provide a decision within five business days. Appeals will only be considered if the student can demonstrate valid extenuating circumstances and a commitment to improving academic performance.
